Challenge of the Week

Morning everyone!! Happy New Year!!! This is the Year we will see His face more, this is the year we will declare victory over all the things that have defeated us the year before!! This is the Year we make a conscious decision of picking up our cross and following Him,Our Savior, Jesus Christ.

We all have a past eh, we all have done things that we aren't proud of, haven't we?

Challenge of the week: This week I challenge you to start a-fresh, this week I challenge you to trust in the Lord and trust that the minute you have asked for forgiveness He has granted it. I also challenge you to completely depart from your old ways and to never look back to that sin that put you down! We are after all New creations in Him!

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Corinthians 5:17

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
