Prayer of the Week!

Good morning :) How were your weekends? Praise God mine was more productive than last weekend :)

Joy is often confused with happiness,though they compliment each other one is different from the other. Happiness is dependent on the state we are in; where as Joy comes from the Lord, and since He is always the same, consistent in His love, Joy is independent of our emotional state. Then being Joyful will lead to rejoicing!

"Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, gladden yourselves in Him]; again I say, Rejoice!"

Prayer of the week: Let us pray that we are joyful in the Lord always! Let us recognize that happiness is an emotional high that goes and comes but the Joy of the Lord is Here to stay! Let us pray that we get to see God and always be filled with His Joy no matter the situation we face.

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
