Challenge of the Week

 Hello :) Happy Tuesday :) :) Apparently its my Joy is starting to show on my face that people say.."I was going to tell you, you look happy" Praise God eh!!!

This week and a bit of last week I was reading/Listening to Psalm 103, What I recognized was that despite how great God has been in our lives our flesh would force us to think of our situation and  instead of giving praise we dwell on our current state.

Challenge of the week: this week I challenge you to keep reminding your soul to worship God! to continue reminding your soul of all the good He has done. I challenge you to let your spirit rule over your flesh!!

1 Praise the Lord, my soul;

    all my inmost being, praise his holy name.

2 Praise the Lord, my soul,

    and forget not all his benefits—

3 who forgives all your sins

    and heals all your diseases,

4 who redeems your life from the pit

    and crowns you with love and compassion,

⁵ 

5 who satisfies your desires with good things

    so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:1-5
