Challenge of the Week!

Hello :) How is everyone doing? I am as Joyful as ever Praise God!!! He has been so good to me!!!

Before I used to think that when I made major decisions in my life, I was the only person I had to consult. However, I made sure I Prayed about it, but what I did then was basically telling God I made my decision hope you agree! Praise God! I now see that is a very wrong approach! As Christians we should be looking to Our Father in Heaven for Guidance and His will to be known to us.

Challenge of the week: I challenge you to wait on the Lord more this week. Recognize that His good and perfect will is far better than what we think is good for us. This week I challenge you to prayerfully consider each and every step you take, submit all of your will to Him! And let His will govern your lives :)

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

When the Music Stops...

Hey Friends, I am trying to honour my commitment to make at least one blog post a month, so here goes July. That being said, please know that I am not posting for the sake of posting. I am trying to cultivate an active listening skill when it comes to each topic I share i.e. I will not post until I am convinced I heard from my heavenly daddy. I hope this is one speaks to you. :) When the Music Stops... This marks the first time I talk about my hubby-to-be on this blog. This man is a Gem! He is a true worshipper, a man after God's heart. He also happens to be an anointed worship leader :) I am not saying that because I love him, I promise. The reason I bring him up though is because one of the very many conversations we have had about music is a good illustration to the point I will make later in this post.
