Prayer of the Week!

Hello everyone :) How is your day going? I was indoors the whole day so I dodged the rain :D But, It amazes me to see the different seasons and how each one has a unique marking :) God is very creative :D

Do you have a set time for everything? Are like me in the sense that you like having routines? You get more excited about your routine than any spontaneous thing? Is prayer part of your routine? What part of the day is set apart for it?

Prayer of the Week: This week let us try and be spontaneous with our prayer life. This week instead of praying at the same time and place let us change it up. Let us get it in our heads that our prayer time should not be another thing from our to do list that we cross out after completing. Prayer and worship together are a life style. Prayer is an important means of getting a one-on-one with the King of the universe!! Pray knowing that!


"6 Come, let us bow down in worship,
    let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;
 7 for he is our God
    and we are the people of his pasture,
    the flock under his care." Psalms 95:6-7

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
