Prayer of the Week!

Good afternoon everyone :) How is your Monday so far? Praise God mine is still bright despite the fact that it is dark and cloudy outside :D

Have you been completely won over by the love of God? Has the love of God got you doing things differently? Or are you still the same?

Prayer of the Week: This week let us pray to be transformed by His love. This week let us pray to have hearts that will love Him more. Let us pray that the words of the bible won't just be momentary excitement but transforming truths. This week let us pray for a receiving heart, a heart that receives the love of God. Let us also pray for a giving heart, a heart that gives the love of God to all. Giving love to all means loving even those who will never love you back.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2

When the Music Stops...

Hey Friends, I am trying to honour my commitment to make at least one blog post a month, so here goes July. That being said, please know that I am not posting for the sake of posting. I am trying to cultivate an active listening skill when it comes to each topic I share i.e. I will not post until I am convinced I heard from my heavenly daddy. I hope this is one speaks to you. :) When the Music Stops... This marks the first time I talk about my hubby-to-be on this blog. This man is a Gem! He is a true worshipper, a man after God's heart. He also happens to be an anointed worship leader :) I am not saying that because I love him, I promise. The reason I bring him up though is because one of the very many conversations we have had about music is a good illustration to the point I will make later in this post.
