Challenge of the Week

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!! Today we Celebrate the Birthday of our Savior and King, Jesus Christ! :) Aren't you glad He was born when He was? :) Happy Birthday my King! :)

Have you ever heard people say they give because it is better than receiving? Honestly though, have you ever gotten a satisfaction out of just helping the needy?

Challenge of the week:  This week I challenge you to give, not just giving your money or spare cloth, but give your time, your attention and your love to all who need it. I challenge you this Christmas to focus on Christ by being like Him in character, by Giving, Helping and blessing others.

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." James 1:27

"John answered, "The man with two tunics should share with him who has none, and the one who has food should do the same." Luke 3:11

Stay Blessed<3

He took what was nothing made it into something. He also hung it on nothing, there is nothing that holds the universe in place! “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?      Tell me, if you understand." Job 38:4 How and when can we teach worship to the Angels? Angels Vs. Us Angels 1) Angels have never been nor will they ever be under the course of sin 2) They live in a perfect place (Heaven) 3) The fir...

Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post... I have said before that I am a recovering perfectionist. Today, I stand before you confirming that statement still rings true in my life. I confess, somedays, I face some battles as if I had never before and get frustrated because I haven't gotten perfect at not being a perfectionist! You see the irony...   Tracing back where my want/need to be perfectionist came from, I was surprised to find out that it was linked to ...
