Prayer of the Week

I know I have pulled a disappearing act, I am so sorry things have been crazy busy on my end. Though I was busy my heart was longing to Proclaim my Lord's Grace on my blog! :) God has been so faithful, and He continues to carry me through!!

This past couple of days have been overwhelmingly busy. At first the world got to me and i was a bit stressed out, I lied, I was stressed out not a bit but completely stressed out! But then I stopped everything took a walk and in that walk i spoke to my father in heaven by the time I got home He had already done what i was going home to pray for, He granted me complete peace! Praise God!!

Prayer of the week: This week I ask that you pray for your selves to know to pray when you are overwhelmed by things of the world, when your burden is heavy and when you feel there isn't a way out. Remember with God nothing is impossible, He is the God who parted the read sea when the Egyptians thought the Israelites had no where to go!

"Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28

When the Music Stops...

Hey Friends, I am trying to honour my commitment to make at least one blog post a month, so here goes July. That being said, please know that I am not posting for the sake of posting. I am trying to cultivate an active listening skill when it comes to each topic I share i.e. I will not post until I am convinced I heard from my heavenly daddy. I hope this is one speaks to you. :) When the Music Stops... This marks the first time I talk about my hubby-to-be on this blog. This man is a Gem! He is a true worshipper, a man after God's heart. He also happens to be an anointed worship leader :) I am not saying that because I love him, I promise. The reason I bring him up though is because one of the very many conversations we have had about music is a good illustration to the point I will make later in this post.
