Challenge of the Week!

Hey everyone :) How is your Tuesday afternoon so far? Mine is going just great praise God :) :) 

 Hey are you one of those people who read the bible and think the things you read could have only happened in those days? Do read the word of God and neglect to apply it to your life in a practical way? Do you not take some of the instructions literally?

 Challenge of the Week : This week I challenge both you and I to take the word of God seriously. I challenge you to read it and live it out. I challenge you to believe the promises and adhere to the instructions. I challenge you to recognize that trusting in His word is trusting in Him!
"For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

"And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe." 1 Thessalonians 2:13

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
