Challenge of the Week!

Good afternoon everyone :) Omygoshhh summer is back for a day :D (I am sure you can sense my excitment :D ). Hope you are having a blessed day..and if where you are is as warm as it is in Toronto please keep your self hydrated..drink lots and lots of water :D

Have you ever wanted the gym body without actually going to the gym? Have you ever wanted an A+ without studying? Let me ask you how did that go? The truth is to have a fit body that looks like a gym body..you need to go to the gym. And to get an A+ off course you need to study!

Challenge of the Week: This week I challenge you to work out your salvation! Don't get me wrong you don't get saved by works it's only by grace. But after being saved, work-it-out! You want to feel the presence of God as others do..well I challenge you to spend time with Him. You want to be filled by the spirit... again I challenge you spend time in the WORD! I challenge you to workout your salvation!

"Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed--not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling," Philippians 2:12

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post... I have said before that I am a recovering perfectionist. Today, I stand before you confirming that statement still rings true in my life.
