Prayer of the Week!

How is everyone doing today? Praise God am doing great :)

Have you been so blinded to other people's pain? Have you been so on focused on your life that you forget to see if people around you are doing okay? The sad part is that if you had taken few minutes of your day to notice them you would have easily read it from their faces :(

Prayer of the week: Pray the Lord opens your eyes to things He sees! Pray that you will not be too focused on the details of your life that you forget the main point! Pray that He will use you as comforters to others, Pray that He will use you as His vessel. Pray your ears are wide open to hearing His voice and Pray that you are always ready to help those in need!

" The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
    because the Lord has anointed me
    to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
    to proclaim freedom for the captives
    and release from darkness for the prisoners,
²to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
    and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
³    and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
    instead of a spirit of despair.

Just Jaded!

I hope you and your loved ones are safe in these crazy times. If any tragedy has come to your home, I pray God's peace and love envelops you right where you are. I pray that you rely on His unending love, mercy, grace, and strength in this time of hardship... I am, like most people, feeling very jaded. I have experienced more highs and lows in such intense frequencies now than any other time I can remember. I believe this is why the Lord has me sharing this... I had planned to write about loving people and what it looks like in different seasons. However, I felt a nudge that I should be sharing about the hope I have despite feeling jaded. To make sure we are on the same page about what I mean when I say jaded, here are two definitions from Merriam Webster's dictionary: 1: fatigued by overwork: EXHAUSTED 2: made dull, apathetic, or cynical by experience or by having or seeing too much of something I can identify with both definitions.
