Prayer of the Week

How are you doing this afternoon? Praise God I am doing great!

Do you have something you look forward to? It does not have to be something you want in the immediate future. Do you find yourself dwelling over this thing you want to the point that you are almost asking God why not now? Have you ever reached a point of almost doubting God's timing because of your impatience?  

Prayer of the week: Pray this week for a seed of patience to be sown in you. Pray for this seed to grow. Pray that you will learn to wait for His timing, to wait on Him. Because, in His perfect timing His perfect will is revealed.

“Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.” Psalms 27:14

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
