Challenge of the Week!

How are you this very day? Praise God I am doing great?

Have you been in one place for so long but when are about to leave that place you recognize you don't know anything about it? about the people around you? Have you walked past the same path everyday and failed to see the beauty of it? Have you known a person for so long but never knew the troubles they are going through? Have you thought to take your time to talk to them as opposed to the usual nod or a five second smile accompanied with a wave?

Challenge of the Week: This week I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, look around and see if there is anyone that needs emotional support. I challenge you to take your time and talk to people you usually just wave at. I challenge you to try and see through your spiritual eyes, and recognize that there are people who are actually at the verge of breaking. Be the vessel the Lord has designed you to be!

"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people," Ephesians 1:18

"Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don't you remember?" Mark 8:18

Just Jaded!

I hope you and your loved ones are safe in these crazy times. If any tragedy has come to your home, I pray God's peace and love envelops you right where you are. I pray that you rely on His unending love, mercy, grace, and strength in this time of hardship... I am, like most people, feeling very jaded. I have experienced more highs and lows in such intense frequencies now than any other time I can remember. I believe this is why the Lord has me sharing this... I had planned to write about loving people and what it looks like in different seasons. However, I felt a nudge that I should be sharing about the hope I have despite feeling jaded.
