Life is not behind you.. it's ahead of you!
"Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead," Philippians 3:13


1) The unique red heifer had to be sacrificed: Red heifers are very unique and without defect ("but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect" 1 peter 1:9)
“This is a requirement of the law that the Lord has commanded: Tell the Israelites to bring you a red heifer without defect or blemish and that has never been under a yoke. " Numbers 19:2
2) Jesus carried the wood(cross) on His back (Jesus is our high priest "14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin." Hebrews 4:14-15
"The priest is to take some cedar wood, hyssop and scarlet wool and throw them onto the burning heifer." Numbers 19:6

Just Jaded!

I hope you and your loved ones are safe in these crazy times. If any tragedy has come to your home, I pray God's peace and love envelops you right where you are. I pray that you rely on His unending love, mercy, grace, and strength in this time of hardship... I am, like most people, feeling very jaded.
