Prayer of the Week!

Hello...Yes I am alive :) If I tried to explain why I haven't blogged it will end up sounding like bunch of excuses! The main thing is that I am back :) Do you want to know the amazing work of God though? Even in the last three months that I haven't blogged over 2 thousand people have viewed past postings. You know what that means...God is able to use anything and anyone...even a seemingly abandoned blog!

Let's Jump straight into prayer!

Prayer of the Week: Please pray for loved ones of those lives lost at the hands of cruel men. Let us pray that God protects the rest of the people in those regions. Pray that faith is revived and people are not disheartened. Pray that people will see that those people preferred death over denouncing Jesus Christ. Pray that even as we live our lives today, we will learn to live in that reality. In the reality of living for Him and dying for sin! Living for Him no matter what the cost! Answer honestly, if they held you at gun point would you choose to see Him in heaven over forsaking Him who will never forsake you?

"For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." Philippians 1:21

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
