Challenge of the Week!

How is everyone doing? Praise God I am doing great..and God is putting multiple smiles on my face using many things in my life.. and the pretty weather is one of those reasons :)

Have you ever been told to accept that something bad happened to you because it was God's will for you to be punished? Have you personally thought the sickness you have is God's way of punishing you? What if I told you only healing is in His hands? What if I told you His will for is nothing but great and amazing things?

Challenge of the week: I challenge you this week to to recognize that you can reject things in your life that you had previously accepted thinking it was/is God's will. I challenge you to dig into scripture and recognize what God's will for your life is. I challenge you to Consider God's character and the Love He has for you before you attribute any unfortunate event in your life as His way of punishing you! Because He only wants the best for His children.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."Jeremiah 29:11

He is a Better Planner!

I did not mean to take the whole summer off from blogging it just so happen to be that way. Partly due to the numerous things that were changing in my life but more so due to lack of better planning/ time blocking. One of the highlights of my summer was becoming a Mrs. I never knew the weight the pre-fix would carry until I heard someone address me as such. I don't know about you but the Amharic word is, even more, weightier, "ወይዘሮ/weyizero"!. That was one of my life updates. Now that I said that, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my post...
