There are compensations ..some Joy for sorrow..some Crown for the cross
"sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything." 2 Corinthians 6:10
1) Give and you will receive
"Ship your grain across the sea;
after many days you may receive a return." Ecclesiastes 11:1
2) Wait on the Lord and you will not grow tired
"but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31
3) Prosperity for those who will not quit
"7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:7-9
4) God will use the devil's weapon back on him (David used Goliath's sword )
"David ran and stood over him. He took hold of the Philistine’s sword and drew it from the sheath. After he killed him, he cut off his head with the sword.
When the Philistines saw that their hero was dead, they turned and ran."
1 Samuel 17:51
5) Let the adversity humble you, let it bring you to your knees, let it bring you to the bible.
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time." 1 Peter 5:6
6) There is always an 'after this'..after trail..after problems..after failure (After going through a trail God will not only restore you He will multiply you)
"After this, Job lived a hundred and forty years; he saw his children and their children to the fourth generation" Job 42:16
