Who needs Baptism of the Holy Spirit?
1) Leaders of the Church: Luke 24:49
2)People who are highly blessed and favored by God: Luke 1:28 & Acts 2:1
 3)Devout Christians: Acts 2:5 & Joel 2:28-29
4) For everyone, even people not here (at your location): Acts 2:37-39
5) For everyone, everyone who has been saved, delivered, healed and Baptized in water: Acts 8:7 & Acts 8:15
6)People who are scholars and have lots of biblical knowledge: Acts 22:3 & Acts 19:17
7)Long standing religious people ( people who have walked with God for long): Acts 19:6 & Mark 16:17
